The Direct Answer

Use invisibility when it changes the enemy's information or gives you a safer route to a real target. Do not activate it simply because you are near an enemy. Before pressing it, know what you are trying to see, which target you can reach, and where you will disengage if the opening never appears.

When This Works

This is useful for moving between lanes, setting up a side angle, escaping after a short trade, or waiting for an enemy to spend a defensive tool. It complements the Haze ability guide and Haze teamfight guide.

When Not to Use

Do not use invisibility to cross an area with no exit, to replace missing map information, or to force a low-health duel. If your team cannot follow the angle, the spell may create distance without creating value.

Timing Process

Check whether the target is isolated or supported.
Pick the entry side that leaves a route back to cover or allies.
Move before revealing yourself; do not spend the window standing in the same place.
Begin with the action that creates follow-up, such as a controlled approach or Sleep Dagger setup.
Leave when the target gains help or your team loses the ability to follow.
