Quick Answer
Haze should usually enter after the fight gives her a reason to enter: an enemy has used a key threat, a target is isolated, or her team has created pressure that prevents a clean response. Entering first turns Haze into the most visible target. Entering late enough to choose one target makes her primary fire and positioning matter.
When This Works
This plan works around contested objectives and uneven skirmishes where both teams are looking for a mistake. It is strongest when Haze has a side route, teammate pressure in front, and an escape direction already chosen. Review the Haze profile before practicing the sequence.
When Not to Use This Approach
Do not wait so long that your team fights four versus five while you are far away. Do not take a deep flank when the objective can be lost before you arrive. If the team needs immediate damage on the closest safe target, contribute from a protected angle instead.
Steps
- Before the fight, identify the enemy tool most likely to stop your entry.
- Choose a side angle with a route back to teammates or cover.
- Wait for a real opening: isolation, used control, or ally-created pressure.
- Focus one target, then leave or convert the fight into an objective.
Teamfight Decision Table
| Situation | Haze’s action | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Both teams are holding space | Stay unseen but close enough to help | Keeps a flank threat without abandoning the team |
| Enemy control has been committed | Enter from the prepared angle | The response window is smaller |
| A target is isolated | Focus the target | One clean conversion is better than spreading damage |
| Your team wins the exchange | Help take space or reset | Prevents a chase from throwing the advantage |

Common Mistakes
- Entering before allies can create pressure.
- Diving past the closest safe target for a low-probability carry kill.
- Spending every escape tool on the approach.
- Chasing after a won fight instead of taking a structure or resetting.
